Made it to Maine

We have finally arrived in Orono after 29 hours of flying time of Perth to Sydney to Los
Angelos to New York and then 8 hours of driving time (with a couple of stops) to eventually arriving here. But what a lovely welcome! Michael was outside the house with his basketball waiting for us and he does not seem to have changed, perhaps matured in his outlook of things.
We had a little tour of his town and it is so pretty. Very green and lovely big homes like you see in the movies. Then we had Maine lobster for dinner, which was very much appreciated.

Stephanie has been lucky to score a free ticket to travel thanks to the Qantas "Kids Fly Free" promotion.

Going to the USA

We will be departing for the USA in 11 days time to see Michael and then travel around with him for about 3 weeks. I can't believe Michael's exchange is nearly over.
Hopefully this trip will be a great experience with not too many hassles.
